Megan Huey: How old were you when you moved in to the house?
Lorraine Huey: I was 28.
MH: How old is the house now?
LH: The House was built around 1976, so it's about 35 years old.
MH: What color was the house when you got it?
LH: It was Sandy in color then later painted Blue.
MH: Were there any other drastic changes that were made to it?
LH: When we got the House, the downstairs Family Room and Bedroom wasn't finished. It was just wood frames and cement flooring, no sheet rock on the walls. The deck in the front was added 10 years after the house was purchased.
MH: How much was the house when you purchased it?
LH: It was priced at $82,500 as a Land-sales contract. We paid the previous owner with balloon payments.
MH: Can you explain the balloon payments a little more?
LH: Balloon payments were made every 6 months with $3,500 in addition to the monthly payments.
MH: What fond memories do you have about your time living there?
LH: I raised all you kids there. It was fun watching you play on the trampoline and the above-ground swimming pool.
MH: What are some things that you didn't like about the house?
LH: I didn't like the stairs as the House had a split entry.
MH: What did you like about the House?
LH: I like the Rose bushes and Tulips that I planted.
MH: What's going on with the House now?
LH: Your Brother owns the House now.
