I could relate a lot to the intentions behind this installation by Sebastian Garrido-Bor http://goo.gl/mPdjc Ever since 9/11, the pride for America has escalated into fanaticism. Here's some proof right here. Why Mars needs some 9/11 tribute, I don't know. As someone who grew up here in America, I frankly find this kind of response and behavior embarrassing. I also have no doubt that 9/11 and American pride is being exploited in all sorts of ways. It's refreshing to find an installation that is trying to capture this fanatic patriotism. Having an installation that is both engaging and informative is successful in my eyes.
